This matters to us because we've been there ourselves. For over two decades, we've guided women who have built their own businesses and women who lead inside companies like Google, Oracle, and Autodesk, and we've seen the same patterns of burnout, self-criticism, and exhaustion. Now we are calling a Council to do every aspect of life (money, pleasure, career, power, love, friendship) differently. Together.
We both started inside corporate structures in our 20s and chose entrepreneurship to make the biggest impact. We're both self-made millionaires. We've built multiple six- and seven-figure businesses without outside funding, reached more than 100,000 women, and paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to the people on our teams. It's one thing to join a mastermind led by someone with great ideas. It's another to join one led by women who have walked the terrain themselves.
This is the founding year of POWERHOUSE. The women in this first Council will help shape what it's destined to become.

She carries a 100-year Intentional Creativity lineage that began in the 1930s and is now in its third generation.
Shiloh built her work as an entrepreneur from the ground up. She has painted more than 1,200 original works, earned her first million dollars in art sales by age 40, and owned and run galleries for over 15 years. She has founded multiple companies and nonprofits, co-founded MUSEA, a global museum, university, and sanctuary, and written and illustrated a multitude of books. She has presented at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women and taught in graduate programs at the California Institute of Integral Studies and the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. POWERHOUSE is a yearlong immersion. The Founding Council begins in January 2027, and applications are due November 15, 2026.
There are two ways to join. The Bay Area Mastermind includes quarterly weekend retreats in the San Francisco Bay Area plus monthly virtual masterminding circles, and is limited to 22 women. The Virtual Mastermind includes quarterly one-day virtual retreats plus monthly virtual masterminding circles, and is limited to 30 women. Both include private coaching with Amy and a private Artist Date with Shiloh.
